Location, location, location seek cavers

I've just had a request from the production company that makes Location, location, location.

They are looking for a caver to assist with the program. If you are
looking to buy a house in the next couple of months or so then they
would like to hear from you.

Wouldn't want to arrive one day to find it burnt out by the Welsh nationalists.

I am up your way over Easter, staying at some place near Oswestry, south of the Berwyns. Perhaps we could meet up for a trip?

Will be up at the end of May as well.
