Does anyone know why it is no longer possible to copy & paste from a Word document into the forum?

By that I mean that when it copies onto the forum the lettering is black (and almost invisible) instead of white (yes, I know it is black in Word but it always used to transpose it to white in the paste to here) and it adds extra line breaks and it also puts [s ize] in front and at the end of every sentence but it ALWAYS creates an error which cannot be solved unless you go through and manually remove EVERY ONE.

I am going mad !!!!!!
