thank for letting marty mart try out your chest harness , it worked a treat we also tried a (pantin)foot jammer on him as well so he's coming up to scratch (just need to sort his weight out .don't tell him i said that affraid

) . he went down the first two platforms which was quite good really . sorry im waffling again so we are staying out of the water in lost johns"honest" affraid

oi leachy i'll give you need to lose weight, i think i did rather well last night in fact im of to spar mine sunday for a play on the ropes before i have to give douggys kit back cheers

have you had a sence of humour bypass . i was really impressed with you last night (might make a bl00dy caver out of you yet) mick is also going to the spar mine on sunday so you should get some good results , if you wan't to borrow my foot jammer come and pick it up on sunday farao
