| Trip #1 ~ OHAMeet Time : 6:45pm to 7:00pm Meet Place : The Car Park by thge bridge in lower Cilcain The Trip will be to the North end of OHA where the "slot" that Marc recently (re)discovered will be entered (again) with a view to pushing as much progess along the passages below. For those who have not been in OHA, there is an electron ladder entrance (it's hanging on the side of the wall and not free-hanging in the centre of a shaft like Minera) and a 100 foot muddy/wet crawl on your hands and knees to reach the main chamber area and big passages. If it is decided to explore SOUTH instead of North then there is another (dry) crawl of around 50 feet, a 30 foot (rope assisted) freeclimb and water up to your t!ts if you get as far as the canal and venture through it. Cheers,

| I personally would not don a wetsuit although I suspect Mike L will. There is water to crawl on hands and knees through but that alone won't get you wet. If you go South (and I suspect you are doing) there is a very short duck which "may" get you wet depending on how deep the water is (you have to stoop down to get under a low roof for a brief moment). Much further is a canal of water around 30-40feet which is almost neck deep and will get you wet but I very much doubt you will get that far and you can always opt not to go any further at that point. ...... It is always helpful to know who is going and who is not but as you may have guessed, most folk don't say one way or the other and just turn up. So, that is up to you but you are helping the trip organiser if you say yay or nay Ian _________________ Release the Kraken .....

| ian often opts out of going through the canal (tart), but he's right we probably won't be going through it just up to it |

| I guess that rules out the probability of a camera not dying then |

| For me - yes If you are taking a camera you need to keep in mind you will be on your hands and knees in wrist deep mud/water - you will need to find a way to keep your camera dry. Ian _________________ Release the Kraken .....
